Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. (PSI) acquired Horizon Health Corporation, the former corporate owner of Laurelwood Hospital in 2007, resulting in the merger of Windsor Hospital with Laurelwood Hospital, now operating as the Windsor-Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine In Willoughby, Ohio.
